What makes our Center different from the programming offered in most school settings is individualized attention and unique treatment. The ultimate goal of all speech and language therapy is carryover and use of appropriate language into all speaking situations.

Children learn most easily in natural play settings. We offer a continuum of treatment options that is sensitive to each child’s developmental needs.


Our system includes:

• Individual treatment for issues that require intensive direct instruction
• Co-treatment for issues that require two types of therapy
• Pair Treatment for two children with similar needs as a stepping stone to group treatment.
• Group Treatment for up to five children with similar needs.
  Groups may address the following goals:
o Social interaction
o Motor speech
o Generalization of skills

•Parent Training Groups to continue the therapeutic support in the home environment.
• Summer Intensive Programs, such as Fast ForWord tm and Barton Reading and Spelling tm.
